GIS Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a skilled GIS Analyst to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and will be responsible for analyzing spatial data, creating maps, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. As a GIS Analyst, you will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality mapping solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct spatial analysis and mapping to support project objectives. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide GIS solutions. Develop and maintain GIS databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Create detailed maps and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to GIS projects. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in GIS technologies and methodologies. Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and acting as a lead when necessary. Required Skills Proficiency in GIS software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with mapping, attrition analysis, and KPI monitoring. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
