Key Responsibilities Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into actionable design plans. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to clients for approval. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project. Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets, to maintain transparency and accountability. Required Skills Strong knowledge of interior design principles and practices. Proven experience in project management, particularly in interior fit-out and civil projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
